Board of Directors

Florida Healthy Kids Corporation (Healthy Kids) is the KidCare partner responsible for providing marketing, customer, and administrative services for Florida KidCare. Healthy Kids is governed by a board of directors including each Florida KidCare component, including the Department of Children and Families, the Agency for Health Care Administration, the Florida Department of Health, as well as the Florida Department of Financial Services, the Florida Department of Education, physicians, a dentist, and other experts on children’s health policy and medical care.

The board of directors is chaired by Ms. Jillian Hasner on behalf of Florida’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Blaise Ingoglia. The CFO appoints five of the board’s members. The remaining board members are appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis.
